Instructions are a list of bullet points marked as positive and negative.
When to use
- to give users positive and negative instructions — things like do's and don'ts, correct and incorrect requirements, and complete and incomplete tasks
- to explain what a feature does and doesn't do
- Don't have too many points in one instruction list.
Keep each point to a single line.
Use as few words as possible.
Points should be statements, not questions.
All points in a list should relate to one another, and follow the same format.
